Weather

Our experiences take place outdoors, so please dress for the weather. Light rain, cold weather and muddy conditions will not usually affect your visit.

If an official Met Office Amber or Red weather warning is in place for our area, or if we believe conditions are unsafe because of high winds, thunderstorms, flooding, extreme heat or any other situation beyond our control, we may need to postpone or cancel your booking.

If Cosy Cuddle Farm cancels your experience, you can choose either:

If we are open as normal and you decide not to attend because of the weather, our standard cancellation policy will still apply.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide your full experience. In some cases, your session may need to be shortened without refund.

Adults are responsible for the behaviour and safety of children throughout the visit.

Animal Welfare

Please wear long trousers to enter the fields with the sheep, donkeys and cows as there are plants such as nettles and thistles in these natural habitats.

We recommend bringing waterproofs if the weather looks unsettled.

You agree to follow all instructions given by staff. We reserve the right to end an experience without refund if behaviour puts people or animals at risk.
